The HTC planetary sanding machine

François Gaillard uses the HTC Husqvarna planetary sanding machine exclusively — three satellite discs working simultaneously in all directions. This machine is indispensable for diagonal patterns (herringbone, Versailles) where drum sanders leave visible directional marks. The result is perfectly homogeneous, with no marks regardless of the floor pattern.

Bona Mega Evo varnish — 3 coats

All floors are finished with 3 coats of Bona Mega Evo — a professional water-based varnish certified EMICODE EC1PLUS and GREENGUARD Gold (low VOC, safe for children and pets). Non-yellowing, 10-15 year lifespan. Re-entry 8 hours after the final coat.
